No experience is required to participate. Some of our activities have an age of weight restrictions that will be clearly indicated in the descriptions if any.

This is a frequent question. No, you won't be alone and will always be accompanied by a flight instructor.
Our activities are all year round.
Although certain activities are seasonal (May to October), we offer several activities that operate all year round. If an activity is seasonal, it will be indicated in the offer description. However we sell the gift certificates all year round for all activities.
Where will be my activity ?
The location is indicated in the offer descriptions. When you will book, we will send you the full address. This way we are sure that you will not get to the wrong place. We have many addresses for our activities and these sometimes change between the purchase date and the actual day of your activity.
The money value never expires
The monetary value of your ticket or gift certificate never expires even after several years.
Your ticket or gift certificate is sent the same day.
The certificates are sent the same day, usually in less than 30 minutes.
What is the delivery time?
It varies with the shipping mode you will select in the cart page.
There are three shipping modes: by email, regular mail or Express-Post.
EMAIL: 99% of our clients chose email delivery that is instantaneous and free. You can print the certificate that you get by email, hand-write a personal message if needed and give it to the recipient or use them for yourself.
REGULAR MAIL: The regular mail in Quebec takes 2 to 4 business days to be delivered.
EXPRESS-POST: Express-Post shipping usually takes one business day and arrives before 5PM. You do not have to be present to sign anything. The order must be placed before 2PM to be shipped the same day.
Is the shipment by regular mail confidential ?
Yes. The envelope will be at your name only. It will be a white envelope with no company name or logo. It will not be possible to know what it contains inside.
How do we use the certificates and reserve?
The person that receives the certificate simply has to call the activity phone number that will be provided to book. The person that offers the certificate can also make a booking in advance to bring somebody by surprise for example.
How much in advance should we reserve ?
We generally recommend to book one week in advance. If you book sooner you will have more choice. However you can always try to book last minute if you want.
What happens in case of bad weather ?
If the weather is not adequate for your activity, we will simply invite you to reschedule at a later date that is good for you.
